It is a legal requirement to have a sufficient number of first aiders in a workplace based on their risk assessment as per the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007

First Aid Response certification is valid for only two years and is essential to ensure that you have the most up to date information on best practices. 

This two day training course is open to all participants who currently hold a valid Occupational First Aid or First Aid Response Certificate which is due for renewal.

The refresher course is designed build upon the original First Aid Response course, with a recap of the content on the first course, learning about the latest changes to the FAR standard, and strengthening a participants knowledge of first aid.

N.B. Participants must produce a copy of their current First Aid Response or Occupational First Aid Certificate upon booking. Participants may present a paper version or digitally via email to info@LCE.ie

All successful participants will receive a certificate and wallet-sized certification card which is valid for two years. Recertification in First Aid Response is required every 2 years.
