According to the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (Reporting of Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences) Regulations 2016, an employer is required to report on certain workplace accidents and incidents.

Accidents and incidents must be investigated so that employers can understand how and why it happened and where the system failed in order to put controls in place to reduce the likelihood of the event happening again in the future.

This safety training course is to provide delegates with the knowledge and skills necessary to produce complete and accurate investigation reports. The course will involve practical exercises using case studies.
